One of my favorite treats when I go out having a cup of coffee. The crunch of the shortbread base,sweet caramel in the middle and the chocolate on top……who can say no to this?

平常並不嗜甜的我，卻總是忍不住在咖啡店裡加點一塊millionaire's shortbread。至於名字的由來，有一說是因為在古早的年代，用來製作的食材，是有錢人才能負擔的起的，所以有了個如此豪氣的名字。底層是酥鬆的奶油酥餅、中間是香甜焦糖、上層是微硬的巧克力層～
誰能拒絕這款誘惑！
